This piece of restaurant equipment has 4 compartments, each with its own infinite temperature control that offers high and low temperature selections along with eight other settings in between. Eagle Group's steam tables are durable, built to withstand the demands of your restaurant! The table body and top are constructed of highly polished 22 gauge 430 series stainless steel. Each heat compartment measures 12'L x 20'W x 8' Deep and is lined with 22 gauge galvanized steel and insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1' thick fiberglass. This heat table also features a poly cutting board, 8' wide and '' thick mounted on stainless steel brackets located on the control side. It is electric, using 120 volts (each burner uses 500 watts) and has a recessed control panel. At 34' high, it's ideal to be used as buffet tables or caf' tables.
