Hot Plates

A hot plates is typically the top of a range so to speak. This is a helpful option to restaurant owners who need to have the gas burners of a range, but don't need the oven cavity underneath. These hot plates can be placed on top of a equipment stand or a chef base. They generally come in 12" 2 burners, all they way up to 36" with 6 burners. Custom pieces can be constructed upon request.
